I. TASKS: 1. Burglar Alarm Monitoring Basic monitoring Service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week 24‐hour phone line test Transmission of all alarm signals and system trouble signals. A listing of authorized personnel to be contacted for alarm and system trouble notification will be provided. Buildings must be with the same monitoring company 2. Burglar Alarm Equipment Maintenance and Service Service to be performed on a monthly basis. Testing of warning & alarm alerts (time of testing to be coordinated with Police Department). Check to see that batteries are functioning properly and replace as necessary. Ensure that transmitted signals are being received by the monitoring center if applicable. Perform controlled tests on panic buttons. Check to see that sensors have not come loose. Provide a service call report sheet. 3. CCTV Camera System maintenance & service Service to be performed on a monthly basis. Visual Inspection for signs of deterioration or damage on all components Check that all components of the camera, monitors, controls and digital video recorders are properly functioning, repairing any minor flaws if necessary. Confirm viewing angles for each camera are accurate and clear. Confirm overall footage retention available at time of inspection Provide a service call report sheet.
