Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this Contract is to provide comprehensive security services (“Security Services”) at the Bergen County Utilities Authority Little Ferry Water Pollution Control Facility (the “Facility”). The Facility, a critical infrastructure facility providing wastewater treatment services, has been designated by the department of Homeland Security ("DHS") under the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards ("CFATS") program. The CONTRACTOR shall perform Security Services in accordance with the schedule and arrangements as outlined herein throughout the term of this Contract. The CONTRACTOR shall take all precautions and all other actions necessary to guarantee both the safety of all people at the Facility and the protection of all buildings, grounds, and equipment at the Facility. The CONTRACTOR is required to meet all minimum qualification requirements as specified within. The Security Services to be provided at the Facility pursuant to this Contract include, but are not limited to, touring the buildings, grounds, and equipment and conducting conformance checks to secure windows, doorways, and stairwells in accordance with fire regulations. The Security Services are to be performed within the boundaries of the Facility as indicated in Section 1.04 of these Specifications and as directed by the Security Director of the OWNER.
