Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded vendor (hereafter also referred to as the Financial Institution) shall provide the University with the following services: Dedicated customer service support staff available for daily interaction with Controllers Office for assistance with issues ranging from technical, research, implementation and daily operations Capable of assisting with the Universitys future implementation of a new ERP system and its effects on the banking relationship Taking the lead on facilitating a smooth transition from the current Universitys banking service provider Local branch of awarded bidder must be located within a three (3) mile radius of the Universitys main campus to facilitate daily deposits and disbursing funds for Universitys petty cash Monthly statements with Account Reconciliation Plan (ARP) Four (4) full-service ATMs located on the University campus at (a) two ATMs in the Student Center, (b) one in College Hall, and (c) one in the New Student Housing and Dining Facility The Heights (1,978 resident students as well as approximately 25,000 square feet of dining space) Direct deposit services for employee payroll and student refunds Provide zero balance accounts Capability for on-line financial transactions and inquiry, including transfers between accounts ACH/wire transfer services EFT/ACH vendor payments Capability to provide automatic sweeping of accounts and direct overnight investing Capability to provide compensating balances to eliminate or reduce bank fees Competitive bank fees for all services offered throughout the term of the contract General Depository and Disbursement Accounts Positive Pay capabilities Custodial or investment account for investments, such as T-Bills, CDs, Bonds
