1. Essex County Transportation, Storage and Election Facility The facility will store and safeguard election equipment—including ballots, voting machines, and other essential equipment—while also supporting the coordination and distribution of these assets throughout the county. Dedicated space will be provided for staff training, operational planning, and secure staging ahead of each election cycle. It will also house the County’s Senior Transportation Vehicles, staff and equipment. The Consultant will be responsible for visiting all existing locations, documenting and surveying all vehicles and equipment to be relocated to the new facility.
