• Minimum of four (4) years of experience providing such services to public school districts within the State of New Jersey is preferred. • Minimum of three (3) references from public school districts of comparable size or larger in the State of New Jersey. • Provide Applied Behavioral Analysis and Behavioral Consultant Services as needed during the school year and extended school year. Hours and days are to be determined by the school district. • Staff trained in research-based technologies required for students with communication disabilities, behavioral needs and autistic learners including: intensive teaching techniques, applied behavioral analysis and implementation of behavioral intervention plans. • Provider must exhibit a consistency in staff to provide continuity of programming. • Trainers and consultants must work together to provide comprehensive programming. • Behavioral consultants must be available to write Behavioral Intervention Plans, participate in meetings and consult with staff regarding implementation for both at-risk general education students and students with special needs • Aides must be trained and knowledgeable in the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and Intervention Strategies. • Provider must supply their staff with ongoing training opportunities. • Provider must supply district staff with ongoing professional development. • Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst Consultants. • Must list past and present school boards of education served. • Experience in providing behavioral intervention services to children including Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, Discrete Trial Instruction, ABA therapy programs. • Behavioral intervention services may include direct services, consultation and evaluation services as determined by district need. Specific hours to be determined by individual IEPs for each student. • Assist with the Development of and/or train on Positive Behavior Support Systems. • Assist with the Successful Transition of Students Back into District Providing Individual and classroom Modifications. • Services may be provided in the general education and/or special education classrooms or in the students’ home. • Must provide hourly billing rates for employees possibly assigned to service the Board of Education. • Proposals that do not contain the mandatory requirements will not be evaluated
