Specifications include, but are not limited to: American Sign Language Classes to provide parents, family members and students the opportunity to learn American Sign Language for students who are hearing impaired and non verbal. Other Services: There may be instances where other services or activities (not identified above) have been, or are assumed by a provider to be, a routine aspect of the service delivery. It shall be understood that there is no such cost attached to any but listed services. SEMI-MEDICAID REQUIREMENTS Passaic participates in the SEMI Medicaid Reimbursement program managed by the State of New Jersey. Therefore, it is per State regulations, all services provided shall be entered into the PCG database via Easy-Trac. Training shall be provided at the start of the school year. A New Jersey License as well as Department of Education Certificate is required for therapist’s time to meet MEDICAID reimbursement requirements. No unlicensed evaluators or therapists are to be assigned to work with Passaic students.
