Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Administrative Agent will provide the Township of Franklin with a written operating manual in the format required in accordance with UHAC Rules, NJAC 5:80-26.18 which has been submitted and approved by DCA. 2. Administrative Agent will enforce affordability controls as applicable to re-sales. 3. Administrative Agent will communicate with owners/appropriate parties regarding the affordable units and provide the municipal liaison with monthly reports detailing status of units with issues/potential issues. 4. Administrative Agent will fill out and submit their portion of the annual monitoring report for the affordable sale units to the Municipal Housing Liaison for any reporting needs they may have with respect to these units. 5. Administrative Agent will implement the affirmative marketing plan approved by the Township of Franklin.
