The services may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Comprehensive Architectural and Engineering Services (Civil, Structural, MEP, Low Voltage, Technology, and more). • Specialty consultants, environmental assessments, and other required testing. • Coordination with various regulatory agencies, including the New Jersey Division of Education (DOE), the Schools Development Authority (SDA), the Department of Community Affairs (DCA), the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), and utility companies. • Coordination of K-12 school facilities, Early Childhood Projects, and related DOE and SDA grants. • Long Range Facility Planning (LRFP) reviews, including amendments and demographic updates. • Evaluation of district goals, including educational program assessments. • Analysis of school space and capacity at district sites. • Preparation of floor plans, mechanical layouts, site plans, and other necessary drawings. All documents to be submitted in both electronic (Original & PDF) and hard copy formats, including signed and sealed full-size and half-size prints at no cost to the district. • Investigation and assessment of existing structures, including compliance and integrity assessments for preschool and special education facilities.
