The City of Elizabeth is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide Appraisal Services. The City of Elizabeth receives grants from both the Federal and State governments to provide services to the residents of this City. The Proposer(s) will be required to perform, but not be limited to, the following services: The appraiser shall personally prepare appraisal reports and provide testimony and attend conferences scheduled by the Court in connection with State tax appeals. Value estimates must be based upon the dictates of the property in question and the reports must be prepared in accordance with the standards of the Appraisal Institute and signed by a State Certified Appraiser. Appraisal reports must also conform to the guidelines of all agencies having jurisdiction over real estate appraisal profession.
