Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Bergen, NJ is seeking a vendor through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 et seq. for the professional service of Wellness Consulting, Education and Coaching Services, Online Wellness Portal Technology, and Program and Portal Management; Wellness Consultant: • Provide one (1) full-time, 40-hour per week, certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer to serve on-site at various County of Bergen locations (Program Director & Health Coach Role). • Provide one (1) part-time, 20-hour per week, certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer to serve on-site at various County of Bergen locations (Program Manager & Health Coach Role). • Meet with Bergen County Wellness Committee Members two (2) to three (3) times weekly to discuss and review wellness program / initiative components and identify areas that may be improved. Assist in designing additional components to compliment the County’s program. • Offer programming that assists in keeping the workforce healthy. • Implement ideas that will maximize the County’s return on investment. • Research new program components keeping relevant with health-related issues /concerns and coordinate the same with the Program representatives and the County Wellness Committee Members. • Design educational programs to address key health and wellness topics. • Review employee feedback and participation metrics, analyze results and provide summary of results since the wellness program inception to Wellness Committee Members. • Provide quarterly reports summarizing employee participation rates and any feedback received regarding specific offerings or the program overall. • In partnership with County Wellness Committee Members, design and conduct an annual survey of all employees regarding Wellness Program offerings and services.
