i. Assisting the City of North Wildwood in current planning activities and advising and assisting the elected and appointed officials in the development and implementation of such policies and procedures as are necessary and proper for the development of land within the City of North Wildwood in a manner that is consistent with and furthers the goals of the City’s Master Plan; ii. Assisting the City of North Wildwood in comprehensive planning activities, including conducting background research and data collection, formulating long-range land use plans and development policies, preparation of special planning studies and preparation of reports and plans; iii. Assisting the City of North Wildwood in neighborhood planning and preservation activities, including conducting background research and data collection, preparation of preservation plans and strategies, coordinating with Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) programs and serving as liaison to neighborhood groups and citizens;
