Service Package 1 – Public Information Services: Required services include: • Media Relations: 1–2 press releases per month • Crisis Communications: Available daily for urgent needs • Social Media Management: Assist WMUA staff with updates and content • Monthly E‑Newsletter: Prepare 3–4 articles per month • Graphic Design: Flyers, postcards, promotional materials (minimum 5 hours/month) Target audiences include ratepayers, elected officials, media, staff, and the general public. Service Package 2 – Website Redesign & Hosting: Required features include: • Custom CMS-based design (Joomla or comparable) • Fully mobile-responsive layout • Staff training for updating content • SEO optimization • One-year hosting, updates, and backups • Multimedia integration (video, photos, galleries) • Optional announcement/ad banner capability • Recommendations on third‑party security services • Post-launch updates billed hourly (not included in RFQ) WMUA will own all materials produced for full portability. Exclusions: Printing, postage, and third‑party security services.
