Construct and install a NJHT construction sign (Base Bid only); 5. Remove overgrown boxwoods from west and south elevations (Base Bid) or just west elevation (Alternate Base Bid); 6. Restore two three-light hopper windows to be restored at the basement level, eight windows on the first floor level (six original windows to be restored and two windows on the east elevation with inappropriate modern sash to be replaced to match original twelve-over-twelve sash), eight windows on the second floor level (seven original windows to be restored and one window on the east elevation with inappropriate modern sash to be replaced to match original eight-over-twelve sash), and two four-over four windows at the attic level (Base Bid);
