Contractor to collect all leaves placed in the public right-of-way by residents for all streets in each zone within the areas delineated as shown on attached map entitled “Leaf and Brush Zones for Middletown Township” dated June 2018. Leaves are to be collected once for every street in each zone on which the contractor bids. Leaves left by residents are to be removed by the contractor from all areas within the paved public roadways and removed 10 feet behind the curbline or behind the edge of pavement. All piles of leaves are to be completely removed, and all areas left clean and substantially free of leaves. The contractor shall collect leaves from all streets in the zones listed above and deliver them to the Township Leaf Compost Site (Belford Compost Site), located at the end of Center Avenue in Belford (access to this drop of site is limited to the entrance adjacent to the Belford Ferry Terminal parking lot, Center Avenue is off limits to truck access). Disposal slips, which will be provided at the drop off site, must be filled out entirely per NJDEP regulations.
