a. Call-Out – the contractor is reached by telephone, agrees to perform the specific work called for, and arrives at the location prepared to start. b. Weed Cleanout – Includes removal of grass or weeds that have grown too high to cut by lawn mower. These weeds are cut with a weedwackerrimmer and the cuttings are removed from the site. c. Grass Cut – The contractor mows the grass and collects the cuttings leaving the area manicured and the grass no more than four (4) inches tall. There are two pricing categories for this item; grass under 12 inches high and grass over 12 inches high. d. Site Cleanups - Site clean ups includes but are not limited to: garbage, recyclable materials, rubbish, construction materials, branches and yard trimmings and logs. Work determined as Site cleanups are not eligible for the Call-Out, and will only be paid as Site cleanup and must be pre-approved.
