This project provides for the removal and application of retro-reflective long-life pavement lines and markings in conformance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, with colors, sizes and shapes at locations as listed in this proposal or as directed by the Engineer. This work shall consist of refreshing traffic striping and markings in areas that have worn over time with the same dimensions, locations and colors as previously existed. This work may also consist of applying traffic striping and markings in new locations. Striping shall consist of 4”, 6”, 8”, 12”, and 24” wide lines of thermoplastic material. Traffic markings shall include crosswalks, stop bars, arrows, elongated words, numbers, bicycle sharrows, ADA symbols, reflective pavement markers, inlet markers, fire hydrant markers, etc., and shall be of thermoplastic material or latex paint material, where directed.
