Specifications include, but are not limited to: supplying Construction Code Emergency Call-Out Services to the Township of Wayne, Passaic County, NJ, as needed for Code Enforcement. Emergency Call-Out Services shall include boarding up of windows and doors, boarding of wall openings, building temporary walls, winterizing domestic water and systems and tarping. Call-Out work is of an emergent nature, and unless advised by the Township in writing prior to performing work, call-out work shall be performed at a flat rate; All equipment must be in first class operating condition. Call-out is defined as the contractor being contacted by the Construction Code Official, Director of Public Works, or Business Administrator or designee and arriving at the work scene prepared to begin working immediately.
