Specifications include, but are not limited to: WEEDING, SPRAYING, TRIMMING, AND MULCHING; activation of the Springdale Road irrigation system at the beginning of the Spring season (approximately March 15th -May 15th), and subsequent winterizing of the system at the conclusion of summer season (on or about October 1st), mechanical weeding of all landscaped beds (approximately March 15th -May 15th), one (1) application of an approved pre-emergent (such as Treflan 5G Herbicide – or equivalent – must meet or exceed specifications) prior to growing season (on or about March 15th) and three (3) applications of commercial-grade weed control (such as FINALE® Herbicide – or equivalent – must meet or exceed specifications) in all landscaped beds. First application to be done before mulch is applied in May 2022, second application to be completed in July 2022, and final application to be completed in September 2022. trimming of all bushes located in the beds and removal of debris generated from said trimming, trimming of all ornamental grasses on Springdale Road and Chapel Avenue, and removal of debris from said trimming, pruning/shaping of trees on Springdale Road and Chapel Avenue and removal of debris from said pruning/shaping, pruning of all perennials on Springdale Road and Chapel Avenue and removal of said pruning (approximately March 15 tht -May 15th), application of 220 cubic yards (CY) of clean, black-dyed hardwood mulch in all landscaped beds at four (4) inches thick for Springdale Road (approximately March 15th - May 15th), application of 60 cubic yards (CY) of clean, black-dyed hardwood mulch in all landscaped beds at four (4) inches thick for Chapel Avenue (approximately March 15th-May 15th).
