Specifications include, but are not limited to: Zoning Board Planner (To be appointed by the Zoning Board)The Zoning Board Planner shall be a New Jersey licensed professional planner. The Zoning BoardPlanner shall provide general planning services on behalf of the Zoning Board. The Zoning BoardPlanner shall attend all regular and special Zoning Board meetings, which shall include routine phonecalls with staff. When directed, the Zoning Board Planner shall provide services necessary to reviewand make recommendations concerning various subdivisions and site plan proposals regarding thisconformance to applicable municipal ordinances and/or to the general requirements of design practice.When directed, the Zoning Board Planner shall provide services necessary to review and assessconformity to requirements and take necessary action with respect to issuance of certificates, permits,licenses and similar regulatory documents. The Zoning Board Planner shall provide technical advice toother Zoning Board employees, officials and agents concerning their review of such documents. TheZoning Board Planner shall perform such other and different functions, powers, and duties as may berequested by the Zoning Board Chairman
