UNIFORM PHYSICAL CONDITION STANDARD INSPECTIONS AT VARIOUS SITES
The Newark Housing Authority is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide Uniform Physical Conditions Standard (UPCS) Inspection services. The contract term is for three (3) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional one-year terms, at the sole discretion of the NHA.
Interested companies with recent, demonstrated ability to perform comparable work are invited to obtain a copy of the full Invitation for Bid (IFB) on the Newark Housing Authority website https://newarkha.org/ and at www.bidnet.com. Registration is required to access the documents. There is no fee associated with registration, download, proposal submission, or any other activities related to Newark Housing Authority opportunities.
All questions about this solicitation must be submitted by Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET through Bidnet using the question submission function specific to this solicitation. As mentioned above, all questions received before the deadline will be answered online via Bidnet.
All responses to this IFB must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, via the www.bidnet.com platform. No paper responses will be accepted.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. This solicitation is subject to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and 2 C.F.R. §200 et seq.
These bids are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
The NHA also reserves the right to award all or a portion of the award to one (1) or more Respondents. No modifications to a bid will be permitted after the bid has been submitted to the NHA without the NHA's prior consent. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. This solicitation is subject to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and 2 C.F.R. § 200 et seq.
