The Morris County Improvement Authority (the "MCIA"), on behalf of the County of Morris (the "County"), is seeking a qualified respondent to lease the Morris View Healthcare Center ("Morris View") for continued operation of Morris View as a short-term medical, therapeutic and continuous care facility. The successful respondent must be committed to providing the highest quality care to the residents of Morris View. There shall be two (2) Pre-submittal Facility Tour opportunities, both held on March 29, 2017, one at 10:30 A.M., the other at 2:30 P.M., and on March 30th, one at 10:00 A.M., the other at 2:00 P.M. - both beginning in the lobby of the Morris View Healthcare Center.
