NOTICE OF RFP
Separate sealed proposals will be opened by the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard prevailing time in the Office of Purchasing, Room 517, 5th Floor, Administration & Records Building, Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey for the respective project as follows:

VARIOUS PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURAL, AND
RELATED SERVICES FOR AS-NEEDED COUNTY OF MORRIS PROJECTS
RFPs are available for downloading from http://www.morriscountybidsystem.com/, or may be picked up on or after Monday, November 6, 2023 in the office of Purchasing at the above address during regular business hours. The County of Morris shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Respondents, and the RFP number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris.
Proposals shall be delivered either in person, by delivery or mail at the hour designated, or previous thereto, to:

No proposals shall be accepted after the designated time, and Morris County will not assume responsibility for proposals forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance.
Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
Proposal requests herein are solicited through a fair and open process, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made available to the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller upon request.
In accordance with past guidance regarding Covid-19, the County of Morris requests that the public maintain social distancing. Accordingly, we ask that Bidders/Respondents may wish to consider not attending the Bid Openings in person. We do note that if Bidders/Respondents choose to attend, they are required to be screened by Courthouse security. If they show any signs of illness, they will not be permitted access to the building.
A bid review and provision of unit prices will be posted online once available.
Bidders/Respondents are encouraged to MAIL in bids and responses. If they must be hand delivered, the County of Morris has a drop box located outside of the Purchasing Office, 5th floor of the Administration and Records Building, 10 Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey.

TABULATION SHEET: Available on Bidnet within 1 week AFTER close of bid. Award of contract by the Board of County Commissioners will be made within 60 days.
