Summary of Specifications:
The County of Morris is soliciting proposals from Professional Engineering Consultants, licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, to provide an in-depth structural investigation of the Ann Street Parking Garage, owned by Morris County. 

The property to be investigated is a County-owned three level parking garage built in 1978, located between Chestnut and Court Streets, Morristown, New Jersey, comprising approximately 25,000 square feet. It is located on Block 7601, Lots 1, 2 and 3. The garage has three entrances and is located at the western end of the County Complex. 

The Project is to proceed within two (2) weeks after the issuance of a Notice to Proceed from the Morris County Engineer’s Office. All work under this Contract should be completed within sixty (60) calendar days.
