Summary of Specifications:
This bid proposal is prepared by the County of Morris for the furnishing of Plumbing supplies as described herein. Prices submitted on the bid form sheets shall be available to all Morris County Departments and to all County and Quasi-County of Morris Departments wishing to take advantage of and in a position legally to do so, on an as needed basis, for the life of the contract. Materials ordered under the terms of this contract shall be solely on an as needed basis throughout the contract period. If delivery is requested the successful bidder shall be required to furnish, deliver and stack, any or all items as specified within the County of Morris. If delivery is not required, County employees shall be allowed to pick up materials.
