Summary of Specifications:
The County of Morris is seeking a Vendor to operate the Morris County Adult Day Care Center five (5) days each week, Monday through Friday, for a maximum of 30 clients. Service Definition: Adult Day Service (Social) – A structured community support program for adults who require care and supervision in a protective setting for a portion of a 24-hour day, with emphasis on social and recreational activities in a group setting. (NJ Department of Health & Senior Services – Older Americans Act Service Taxonomy.) Staff is to provide services that fall under the accepted professional activities of a social/recreational adult day care center. These services include, but are not limited to, planning and implementing age appropriate activities, serving snacks and lunch.
