The following specifications shall describe a new and unused 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD, 4WD Double Cab Haz-Mat Vehicle for the Morris County Department of Law and Public Safety, for use as a first responder vehicle. The chassis shall be designed for severe duty and shall conform to all state and federal safety regulations. The following specifications are to be considered the minimum. Exceptions to these standards shall be noted and completely described in writing with adequate supporting data, clearly provided on company letterhead.
