The intnent of the specifications is to describe the requirement for installing, repairing, replacing, and removing guide rail. This section refers to galvanized and pre-stained galvanized rail. The areas located therein shall be completely upgraded to meet today’s standards. Upgrade to include but not limited to; installation of blocks, replacement of damages rail, replacement of non-compliant end terminals, extending rail as required and installation of white reflectors.
