LEGAL NOTICE Separate sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris on Friday, January 10th, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Room 517, fifth floor, Administration & Records Building, Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey for: FIRE EXTINGUISHER MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION BID The specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Room 517, fifth floor, Administration & Records Building, Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words “Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Bid”, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris. The bid must also be accompanied by a Non Collusion Affidavit, a Stockholders Certificate, NJ Div of Fire Safety Contractor Certification Certificate and a Certificate of Insurance. A NJ Business Registration Certificate must be in place prior to award of contract. Bid proposals shall be delivered to the Purchasing Agent either in person at the hour designated or previous thereto, by delivery or mail, to the Morris County Purchasing Division, Room 517, Fifth Floor, Administration & Records Building, PO Box 900, Morristown, New Jersey 07963 0900. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 {N.J.A.C. 17:27}. This Proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made available to the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller upon request. The right to reject any or all bids and to waive immaterial formalities is reserved by the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Purchasing Agent. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after actual date of the bid opening.
