Summary of Specifications:
The Morris View Healthcare Center provides long term care and short term rehabilitation services to its Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay residents. There is an average daily census of 270 and a licensed capacity of 283. 

The Center operates in a single connected complex which also houses several non-health care related or separate use entities. The Center provides long term care, short term rehabilitation services and is currently planning to open a sub-acute care section. All beds in this Center are Medicaid, Medicare and private pay/insurance eligible. The Center makes no distinction in services rendered, based on payor source. As such, the Center shall directly pay for all services rendered by the vendor on a monthly basis. 

The Vendor’s staff shall provide services in the Facility's designated beauty shop, at bedside, or at any other approved location which will maintain each resident’s dignity and privacy.
