RFP-JA- Construction Inspection Services CAC Phase 2 - Construction Inspection Services CAC Phase 2 Rehabilitation

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Morris is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from Engineering firms that are interested in and capable of providing construction inspection services for the Phase 2 Rehabilitation Project of the Central Avenue Complex Building, Central Avenue, Central Park of Morris County, Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey. 

The County of Morris has acquired the Central Avenue Complex Building located on the grounds of the Central Park of Morris County property in Parsippany, New Jersey from the State of New Jersey. It is the County’s intent to renovate the building for extended use: upgrade or replace all utilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire suppression; bring the building up to all codes having jurisdiction including, but not limited to, the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code and ADA; total separation of the functions on the lower level from the first floor and completion of this project in a phased renovation. Due to the extent of the project the County has determined that the services of a firm to oversee construction and perform related inspection administration tasks on a daily basis are needed. 



The Project is to commence on May 14th, 2012. It is expected that construction shall be completed no later than February 15th, 2013.
