Summary of Specifications:
The County of Morris is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from Engineering firms that are interested in and capable of providing construction administration and inspection services during Phase II Development of Playing Fields at The Central Park of Morris County, Central Avenue, Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey.
The services required are for providing construction administration and inspection services during Phase II Development of Playing Fields at The Central Park of Morris County. The Project Manager (PM) and Resident Inspector (RI) will oversee the Phase II, which is to convert existing land on the north side of Central Avenue into playing fields. The design is modeled to replicate the previously constructed playing fields and accessory structures/parking lots located on the south side of Central Avenue.
The scope will include engineering services to cover inspection and coordination of all construction to ensure compliance with good engineering practices. The construction administration will utilize design plans and specifications developed by T&M Associates for this project.
The Project is expected to commence on August 1st, 2012. The estimated construction time is expected to be (8) eight months with the services of a Project Manager (PM) and Resident Inspector (RI) being required for a period of (9) nine months. The PM will be in charge of, and responsible for, all personnel assigned to the project.
