ITB-AA-B16-71 - Canine Patrol Integrated Vests and Camera Systems

The intent of these specifications is to solicit bids for an integrated vest and camera system that would be employed for protection of canines and handlers when engaged in tactical post-blast explosive canine search operations.  These operations may involve the search for secondary explosive devices in a post blast environment.  The equipment would be used by explosive canine handlers in missions to search and detect secondary / additional improvised explosive devices (IED).
