CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF MORRIS COUNTY BRIDGE NO. 1400-073 ON LANDING ROAD OVER NJ TRANSIT AND THE MORRIS CANAL IN THE TOWNSHIP OF ROXBURY, COUNTY OF MORRIS, NEW JERSEY
RFP/RFQ are available for downloading from http://www.morriscountybidsystem.com/, or may be picked up on or after April 21, 2025 in the office of Purchasing at the above address during regular business hours. The County of Morris shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Respondents, and the RFP/RFQ number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris.
Proposals shall be delivered either in person, by delivery or mail at the hour designated, or previous thereto, to:

No proposals shall be accepted after the designated time, and Morris County will not assume responsibility for proposals forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance.
Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
This project will be Federally funded and all Federal guidelines/requirements will be followed during this project.
"Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.3, et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. Further, for that reason, as well as because of a language in the New Jersey's Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.3 et seq. and 19:44A-20.25 et seq., will not adversely affect your consideration for award." The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions, or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made available to the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller upon request.
The NJDOT will fund the construction and construction inspection of this bridge project; cost plus fixed fee with the NJDOT approved overhead rates and procedures are to be used when preparing the Cost Proposal
