Description

The Morris County Park Commission (the Park Commission) requests bids from qualified vendors for the provision of SKATE SHOP CONCESSION SERVICES.

The term of the contract shall be for an initial two-year term beginning August 1, 2022 through and including July 30, 2024 subject to one (1) additional two-year term to July 30, 2026, at the sole discretion of the Park Commission and subject to the certification of the availability and appropriation of fund to meet the obligation for the renewal term. In the event of unavailability of such funds, the Park Commission reserves the right to cancel this contract. Bidders must complete all items listed below to be considered
