Qualified Firm/Consultant is being solicited through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.1, et seq. The Morris County Park Commission (the Park Commission) is seeking proposals and rates to provide Professional Civil Engineering Services at various locations throughout the Morris County park system.
The Park Commission requests proposals and statements of qualifications, experience, and references from individuals and firms qualified to provide consulting, planning, estimates, grant applications, design services, construction administration, and other related Professional Civil Engineering Services for a variety of projects, in order to create a pool to be requested on an as-needed basis.
The Park Commission may select up to three (3) firms to provide these services for a five (5) year term discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including public works such as parking lot expansion, roadway construction & drainage, stormwater and sanitary lines, park improvements, renovation & expansion, recreation facilities, trail pathways, and wetlands, etc.
