Description

The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting proposals from individuals or organizations to operate a food concession and install, operate and maintain vending machines at Mennen Sports Arena, 161 East Hanover Avenue, Morris Township, New Jersey in accordance with a formal vendor services agreement.

The term of the contract shall be for an initial one-year term beginning August 1, 2022 through and including July 30, 2023 subject to three (3) additional one-year term to July 30, 2026, at the sole discretion of the Park Commission and subject to the certification of the availability and appropriation of fund to meet the obligation for the renewal term
