Description

The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting proposals from individuals or organizations provide the installation, operation and maintenance of Video/Amusement Game Machines at Mennen Sports Arena, 161 East Hanover Avenue, Morris Township, The successful bidder shall install thirteen (13) to fifteen (15) new video-type amusement machines commencing no later than January 1, 2023, and such additional machines as the Park Commission in its sole discretion may require (not to exceed 15 additional machines) during the term of the contract.

Potential Concessionaire are strongly encouraged to mail responses via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. Potential concessionaires wishing to hand deliver their qualifications may only do so in person at the time of the proposal opening. No proposals shall be accepted after the designated time.

Prospective Concessionaires are not required to attend the proposal opening, but those choosing to attend are required to observe social distancing practices. Proposal review and providing unit prices will not take place at the proposal opening. Instead, this information will be posted online once available.
