Description

The scope of work includes the re-shaping of tees and the milling and repaving of existing asphalt pathway and the construction of new asphalt pathway surfaces on the grounds of the Sunset Valley Golf Course located at Hole #12 and #15. Additionally, approximately 110’ of 24” culvert piping shall be installed in an area adjacent to parking lot.

The required time (date) of completion is ninety (90) calendar days with a completion date of June 1, 2023.
