The bid proposal is prepared by the Housing Authority County of Morris for the furnishing of refuse collection and removal services to be performed under this specification comprising the furnishing and supplying, at the expense of the contractor, all neccessary labor, transportation, and equipment including specified receptacles, tools, materials, disposal costs, permit fees. and incidentals required to perform the service of collection, removing and disposing all refuse from the locations as specified and on the days set forth.
