Bids are due Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the Housing Authority of the County of Morris, 99 Ketch Road, Morristown, New Jersey, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This is a two-year contract. January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2023. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed; however, Housing Authority of the County of Morris disclaims any responsibility for bids forwarded by regular or overnight mail. Any bids received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened. One (1) original and (1) copy of the bid must be submitted. Failure to provide the notarized, signed or required documents will result in disqualification of the bid. All individuals attending the in-person bid opening must wear face coverings; anyone not wearing a mask will not be permitted to attend. All bidders must ensure no additional addenda have been added prior to submitting a bid package.
