Description

The County of Mercer requests bids for janitorial services at the Civil Courthouse located on 175 South Broad Street, Trenton NJ. The expected services and products are described in this RFB. The intent of this RFB is to award a contract to that responsive and responsible bidder whose bid proposal, conforming to this RFB, is most advantageous to the County in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contract Laws. The contract shall be awarded for a period of two (2) years. Bidders shall have two years’ experience providing similar services. Contract will commence January 31,2022 ; all questions can be sent via email to imaldonado@mercercounty.org deadline to submit questions will be December 10, 2021.

A site visit will take place December 10, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. at the Civil Courthouse. A site visit is not a mandatory requirement, but it is strongly recommended.
