The Housing Authority of Bergen County & Housing Development Corporation of Bergen County, in accordance with N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 et seq., are seeking written proposals for qualification statements through a fair and open process for the following:

VARIOUS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO SUPPLEMENT OUR EXISTING “POOL” OF QUALIFIED CONSULTANTS FOR THE PROVISION OF, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPECIAL LEGAL COUNSEL, LABOR COUNSEL, ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, FINANCIAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, MOLD/INDOOR AIR QUALITY, ASBESTOS SAFETY CONTROL MONITORING, ENERGY STAR CERTIFICATION, TAX CREDIT, MARKET STUDY, AND BOND CONSULTING SERVICES

Please note that those professional firms which have already been qualified and are in the existing “pool” of qualified consultants, DO NOT NEEED to resubmit a proposal. This effort is solely for the purpose of supplementing our existing “pool” of professional resources.
