NJEdge.Net, Inc. (“Edge”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a variety of IT Professional Services on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) (or “Open Purchase Order”) basis to support the needs of Edge, Edge Members, and EdgeMarket Participants. The successful bidder or bidders will be offered a master purchasing agreement by Edge.
Bidders who responded to the procurements for IT Professional Services I & II and were awarded a Master Agreement are encouraged to respond, as additional needs and requirements have been added to this RFP.
Solution Objectives: Edge seeks proposals for specified categories of commonplace IT Professional Services for use by Edge, Edge Members, and EdgeMarket Participants. Selected Vendor(s), subject to an award, will make these services available for up to 5 years in the following Service Categories:
- Data Center Support, Network Engineering (LAN), Network Operations (NetOps), Installation, and configuration
- Cloud Migration Services
- Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Warehouse Services
- Physical Learning Space Installation and Configuration
- Software System Selection Services
- Technical Project Manager
- ERP and CRM Implementation, Upgrades, and Integrations
- Other Implementations, Upgrades, and Integrations
The strategic objective of this procurement is to provide Members and Participants with streamlined access to services that complement and supplement the array of professional services provided by Edge.
Edge anticipates the selection of multiple qualified IT Professional Services Vendors capable of partnering with Edge Members and EdgeMarket Participants to provide both ad hoc and ongoing services as needed, primarily related to technology systems used in an education, public sector, or healthcare environment. Successful responding Vendors must have strong education, public sector, or healthcare experience, and must be capable of supplying fully qualified individuals, each ideally with a strong education, public sector, or healthcare experience, at short notice.
