Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe and govern the purchase a 2012 Western Star 4700 single axle chassis with an Ampliroll AL-120 hooklift, appurtenances and hydraulics for plow and spreader or equivalent, as described herein. The manufacturer, make, exact model and literature of all capital equipment shall be submitted with the bidders proposal. The specifications describe our minimum requirements for the quality and type of equipment to be furnished. Bidder may offer equipment which exceeds these requirements. Bids which fail to meet these minimum requirements will be considered non-responsive to our needs.
