Summary of Specifications:
This bid requires the demolition and proper disposal of the structure(s) located at 37 Riveredge Road, Block 124/Lot 5 and 34 Riveredge Road, Block 122/Lot 19,and 25 Bank Lane, Block 66, Lot 7 as shown on the current Borough Tax Maps, complete with footings and/or slabs, closing of all wells, pumping and filling of septic systems, cesspool removal and testing of underground storage tanks and disconnecting of all utilities. This bid also requires grading and seeding of the property where the structure(s) were located to meet the natural contour of the surrounding land and to protect from potential erosion.
