Specifications include, but are not limited to: modernize all of the food concepts and if possible, to add one or two additional concepts. ; • Provide pre-design, design and construction administration services as delineated in the USNH Standard Form of Agreement for Professional Planning and Design Services and all related appendices. • Provide individuals whose work experience is directly related to college and university food service facilities. • Provide truly integrated architectural and engineering design services to develop all of the food service components, architectural finishes/features, and non-proprietary electrical, mechanical, HVAC and fire protection systems that are as efficient and simple to maintain/operate as possible. ;
