Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1. The selected Vendor must administer a multi-component training program which includes, but is not limited to: 3.2.1.1. Planning, coordinating and providing both in-person and eLearning training opportunities. 3.2.1.2. Monitoring event attendance to ensure individuals attend for the full length of the training in order to obtain CEUs. 3.2.1.3. Identifying and engaging qualified presenters to deliver training opportunities. 3.2.1.4. Marketing training events. 3.2.2. The selected Vendor must provide quality, cost-effective training designed to increase the knowledge and skills of the AOD CoC workforce and other target populations identified in Subsection 3.1 that improve outcomes for individuals who seek SUD services. 3.2.3. The selected Vendor must work closely with the Department to support current and emerging initiatives for improving the State’s system of care. Trainings on particular topics for target populations, as needs arise, is important to ensure the field has the necessary knowledge base for providing services consistent with Department initiatives. Flexibility to meet emerging needs is required.
