The vendor will be responsible for developing, implementing, hosting, and maintaining the Department’s Internet based permit website. Maintaining a database-driven permit application that records licensee data and forwards this data to the NHDNCR, provides a mechanism for users to identify themselves in the hosted system. The System will reflect the NHDNCR’s particular Business Rules and permitting requirements to the user and then allow the user to complete the transaction and pay appropriate fees using a credit card. Making the electronic permitting application available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and 365 days per year. Vendor will be responsible for maintaining the operational status of the connectivity and their provided applications and will monitor, trouble shoot and resolve all issues related to service availability and functionality. The System will be available as specified unless the NHDNCR and vendor have mutually agreed in writing to a specified period of down time for system maintenance and upgrades.
