Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Hampshire Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles (NH DMV) is considering the implementation of a solution for Electronic Certificate of Title Application (eCTA) and Electronic Lien Transfer (e-Lien) programs, to assist in streamlining operations of the NH DMV, new and used Car Dealers, Municipal Agents, Lienholders, and vehicle owners. NH DMV has developed a high-level concept of operations and is seeking information from vendors on possible solutions. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information to help NH DMV better understand what software and/or services are available to implement these solutions and to refine the strategic approach to automating these DMV processes. This strategy will enable the NH DMV to pursue a project or projects to introduce this technology to our partners.
