Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Support Current Municipal Process: Provide a solution for management of a developmentrelated application process that will support the applicant through the process workflow provided in Attachment B, City of Dover Permit and Inspections Process diagram. Allow for continuous improvement of process, provide best practice recommendations. 2. Self-Service: A key project goal is to provide transparency and self-service to the applicant in order to reduce high call volume related to this work today. As a secondary objective, municipal employees should be able to easily access and report status of project based on applicant or staff request. Ability to associate and inform both the applicant/owner and contractor throughout the process per owner opt-in. Application should be responsive, ADA-compliant and work on a variety of device sizes and platforms. 3. Educate: Solution should provide targeted and customized guidance/education to applicants on what they can expect throughout the process. This should include generalized timelines, required application documentation and estimate of fees with payment schedule Application will allow upload of electronic plan documents.
